Description

A respectful workplace is created when people feel safe in their work environment. Everyone has a right to feel safe at work and we are all responsible for creating a safe and respectful workplace. The bystander effect is a social phenomenon where the presence of others can discourage an individual from intervening against a behavior of concern. This program goes through the communication skills needed for an individual to become an upstander, and intervene if they notice another struggling with negative impact of disrespectful workplace situation
