Description

The Mental Health and Resilience for First Responders Program helps these professionals to cope with the unique and often stressful or traumatic nature of their jobs. Designed to sensitize employees and people leaders to the topics of mental health and resilience in the workplace, the program helps raise awareness of mental disorders as well as focuses on reducing associated stigma. It also encourages individuals to take responsibility for their own mental health as well as supporting co-workers and providing a safe environment for those needing help
