Description

This training will meet the requirements of the state of California’s mandated training for compliance, which supervisors are required to take every two years. State regulations define sexual harassment as unwanted sexual advances, visual, verbal or physical misconduct, and offensive behaviors, including harassment directed at someone of the same sex as the harasser.

Structure
